Our Services:

  • We provide expertise in new construction: DADUs, backyard cottages, additions and single family houses. We can assist you on all phases of work, from schematics design, permitting and construction administration.

    Design

  • We follow and anticipate zoning changes and opportunities in the Pudget Sound region. We perform feasibility studies and make recommendations for lot development. We collaborate with one time lot owners as well as larger developers.

    Develop

  • We test out ideas 'after hours' through exhibitions, competitions, construction work parties and teaching studios. We collaborate with folks outside of the architecture field. We believe that these investigations nourish our practice and your project.
