Dubroca Studio is a multi-disciplinary architecture studio based in Seattle, WA. Our studio tries to find creative solutions to address the housing crisis. It focusses on residential architecture of all scales, as we believe that the intersections and cross-pollination of various housing types enriches our work. Its ethos strives to densify our city, advocate for multi-generational needs and uses of our lots, find cost-saving design solutions, fix rather than demolish, and offer practical beautiful design.

The studio’s work is inspired by the beauty of our surrounding Northwest Pacific landscape and the American vernacular.

Dubroca Studio strives to be an active community member. Juliette is an engaged member of AIA COHO (Committee on Homelessness) and has volunteered her carpentry skills for LIHI (Low Income Housing Institute). Dubroca Studio strive to give 5% of our work towards pro-bono causes.
