Seattle social housing developer sees first round of funding by Anna Patrick

The Seattle Times covered the work of Dubroca studio and fellow AIA Committee on Homelessness COHO collaborators and House Our Neighbors. Dubroca Studio was part of designing a feasibility study for a 10 units apartment building on a 4,000 sf city-owned infill lot in Ballard.

In this public presentation, Dubroca Studio, AIA Committee on Homelessness and House Our Neighbors will provide an update on the Seattle Social Housing Developer. Our team will also present a feasibility study on a 4,000 sf city owned lot.

Design Studio at the University of Washington

Spring Term 2023

ARCH 402, taught at the University of Washington was a design studio, taught by Dubroca Studio which proposed to explore how the multi-family housing land use code in Seattle can be challenged to produce a housing stock for a greater diversity of people and uses.
